Real-time project finances
Better project control. Better margins.
No more chasing figures across spreadsheets. Your data is reused from order to invoice, so you see project profitability before costs hit the accounts and can protect your margins.

Margins can slip away before you notice.
When orders, purchasing, hours, stock and accounts all live in different places, keeping project finances up to date is hard. Costs and commitments show up late, and margins can erode before you have a chance to act.

What people ask before they start.
Do we need to change accounting software?
No. ProfitTracker connects to Tripletex, PowerOffice Go, Xero or QuickBooks Online and does not replace your accounts. Your accountant works exactly as before.
What is the difference between posted and forecast profit?
Posted profit is what has been recorded in the accounts so far. Forecast profit adds planned revenue, committed purchase orders and forecast costs, so you can see where the project is heading.
How up to date are the figures?
Orders, purchase orders and invoices you record in ProfitTracker count straight away. Posted transactions are fetched from your accounting software every day, and whenever you click ‘Synchronise now’.
How do we get started?
Connect your accounting software and add your first project, from a template, a previous project or the customer’s order. We’re happy to help you set it up.
What does it cost to try?
Free is for one user and one project. You can try Pro free for 14 days with as many colleagues as you like, no credit card required. See pricing
Do we have to give up our spreadsheets?
No, but you’ll need them less. Hours can be imported from Excel, so you can start with what you have.
